A pmd file isn't included but it should be easy to convert into pmd.
You will also need to make the following changes:

shine.bmp → shine.spa

NOTE1: I have not rigged the model to any wrist bones.
NOTE2: The model has been UV-mapped, including the eyelets (which has been left marked on the texture file).
NOTE3: I've lost the URL to the reference I used. The original design was for a bracelet but you should be able to use it for whatever you like.
NOTE4: If you're concerned about the number of vertices I'd suggest switching to PMX or remove the eyelets *maybe draw them on the texture instead).
